What happens if I buy an instrument, and don't like it? What is your return policy? We want you to be absolutely confident in any instrument purchased from the Hollywood Vintage Collection. We make every effort to accurately describe the condition and originality of every instrument we sell. Should you for any reason decide that an instrument you purchase from us isn't perfect for you... return it, shipping prepaid and in the original packaging, within 72 hours of receipt , and we'll apply your purchase price to another instrument, or refund your total purchase price (less any shipping charges). Where are you located?
If I live out of state, do I have to pay sales tax? If Guitar Center has a store located in your state, then you do have to pay sales tax. Do you buy guitars? Yes, we do! If you're interested in selling your vintage guitar, give us a call at 323-874-2302 or fill out our "Sell Your Guitar" Online Form. Can I use a credit card for payment if I am not at the store and want to have the instrument shipped to me? Although we do encourage the use of Bank wire transfers, we do accept credit card orders within the continental US. The billing address and shipping address must be the same.
